- Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges are only accepted for products purchased from nsrriding.com. If you purchased from one of our retail partners, then please process your request with them according to their policies.

All returns & exchanges require to be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn. Taking the product out of the NSR Riding packaging is acceptable as we understand this needs to be done to fully review your new item.

When returning items to NSR Riding, please ensure the product is tracked, well packaged, and protected as we cannot be responsible for damages or incorrect deliveries to wrong addresses. Currently; shipping costs back to us must be paid by the customer, but we will determine the closest location to you to reduce the cost on your end.

- Exchanges

Whatever the reason may be, if you wish to make an exchange on your purchase;
NSR Riding provides a 21 Day Risk-Free Exchanges on all our products. Exchanges may be made for different sizes, or color, and/or different item either of equal or higher value.

If exchanged for a higher value item; we will provide a separate invoice with the new item (+shipping cost if applicable) and the charge for the difference between your old and new exchange items.

- Tent Return (Refund) Policy

The new NSR RIDING TENTS can be reviewed and returned within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
We understand that this product may have to be opened and pitched in order to check out fully.
Although this is understandable, we are only able to provide a partial refund (the price of the tent - ) as this covers our transaction fees and shipping costs.
As such, we ask that you review the product description on this particular product carefully and make the final purchase decision.

- How To Start The Return or Exchange Process

Step 1 : Please contact nsrglobal@shints.com with the subject:
Your NSR Riding Invoice # provided in the order confirmation.

* In the case of an Exchange; please also let us know which item, size (and color; if applicable) you would like to exchange for.
Step 2 : We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know which location to send your product back to.
We will provide the closest location from you.

Step 3 : Send the product(s) you ordered according to the information.

Step 4 : We will inspect and confirm receipt of the product, let you know of the results, and if all is well; we will either ship out your new exchange item(s) or process your refund within seven to Ten days in most cases. For international returns; we cannot accept customs charges incurred when returning the products. All packages sent back to us must be marked “Goods returned under warranty”.

By purchasing NSR Riding products, it is not only an investment in your gear, but also an investment and trust in us.

Faulty Product

We are absolutely committed to the standard of excellence in our products, and have a 4 stage quality check process
(twice at our own manufacturing facilities & twice before your order is packaged and shipped out).
Still, there are remote times where faulty products can result. If you believe your NSR Riding product has a manufacturing defect at any point during your use of the product;
please contact us right away and we will replace the item as soon as possible or replace the product with a product of equal value if the original item is sold out or unavailable.
